Work required: * Replace 2 single non-dimmable light switches * Replace 1 Senoa Zimi 4-button Multi Dimmer Switch Model shown on the box: SENMDS4 – 4 button, 4 x light switch, 2 x relay switch * Replace 1 additional single Senoa Zimi switch * Replace 1 cooker switch * Remove 1 standard ceiling light and install a pendant light in its place * Remove 1 ceiling fan/light and install a pendant light in its place We already have the replacement switches and pendant lights. These are the tasks 1. A ceiling fan is moving extreme slowly, even on the fastest speed. The fan controller was changed recently to rule out the capacitor issue in the controller. This fan needs to be checked to make sure it is spent and I have bought a new fan that needs to be installed. 2. Similar fan in another room is working fine, but it’s directly below my bedroom and it makes a lot of noise. The plan is to move that fan in place of the one that is not working and install a new one, which is hopefully quieter in its place. 3. The floodlight in my backyard is not strong enough and needs to be changed with a strong floodlight, which I have bought. 4. The outdoor siren unit in my Motion sensor system which is wired is making constant clicking noises. I just need to understand if it is just a battery issue or something else is wrong. There are two jobs to complete: - Remove the existing electric cooktop and install a new replacement cooktop - Replace a faulty/intermittent light switch I’ll purchase and supply the new cooktop and switch beforehand, so I’m really just looking for someone to handle the electrical installation and connection. I’ll be at the property at the same time doing a few minor maintenance jobs, so access is easy and there’s no need to coordinate separately with the tenant once the time is locked in. The cooktop is being replaced rather than repaired, so I’m not looking for fault-finding on the appliance itself — just removal of the old unit and installation of the new one. The rangehood is a Smeg Victoria chimney-style rangehood, and there is currently no existing ducting to the outside, so a new ducted exhaust will need to be installed through eave. It’s a low set one story house. Tasker to provide ducting for room and external vent. There is a manhole for access. Electrical has been completed- they have installed a movable electrical outlet. The rangehood has already been purchased and onsite
