The rangehood is a Smeg Victoria chimney-style rangehood, and there is currently no existing ducting to the outside, so a new ducted exhaust will need to be installed through eave. It’s a low set one story house. Tasker to provide ducting for room and external vent. There is a manhole for access. Electrical has been completed- they have installed a movable electrical outlet. The rangehood has already been purchased and onsite

Hello, We are looking for a licensed electrician or skilled handyman to adjust the height of a hanging pendant light at our retail store, in Westfield Chermside. The Issue: One of our black dome pendant lights hanging in the middle of our sales floor is positioned too low. It is currently blocking the view of our digital promotional screen on the back wall from the front entrance of the store. We need this light raised so that the bottom of the light sits above the TV screen level. The Job: The task is to professionally adjust the clear suspension cord of the pendant light to raise its height (to the level indicated by the yellow line in the attached photo). The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the ceiling mount/canopy for the pendant light (a suitable tall ladder is required). 2. Adjusting the cord grip/clamping mechanism at the ceiling rose to pull the suspension cable up to the desired height. 3. Securely clamping the cord back in place. 4. If necessary, safely trimming or tucking the excess internal electrical cable inside the ceiling rose. 5. Testing the light to confirm it is secure and operates correctly. Requirements: - A licensed Electrician is preferred (in case any wiring needs to be re-terminated); however, a handyman highly experienced with lighting installations will be considered. - You must have your own tools, including an A-frame ladder appropriate for a high commercial ceiling. - Public liability insurance is required. I require an electrician to remove two (2) existing wall light fittings, and replace them with two (2) new light fittings. I have purchased the 2 new light fittings, and I would like the lights to be installed in the exact same location. See pics - removing silver/crystal existing light fittings and replacing with white light fittings (in box). We would like to have two new plug sockets installed and 1 existing one moved. I have taken photos and marked up where we would like the socket moved to and where the new ones should go.
