I need 9 down lights replaced Some are on LED I’d like them all to be converted to plug ins This needs to be done by a qualified electrician with a certificate of works at the end of job

Hi there, I need: - 3 small chandeliers re-attached (I had them serviced), - 1 faulty LED downlight replaced. - My extractor fan over my stove seems to be not working - wanting someone to have a look and find out if I need a new one. The downlight doesn’t work and I have one on hand with the plug, need someone to connect it. The dishwasher has electrical shock feeling on the surface. Need some one to find out the reason and fix it.

When something (e.g. an appliance, in this case a fridge) is plugged into the power socket, it triggers the whole house electricity to go off. Therefore, the power socket needs to be fixed.

Require 20x apartment downlights replaced. We will supply the lights just need the installation - pictures attached of what needs to go in on Cool White setting. Will need electrical certification for the installation as we live in an apartment block and the lights hook into the main electricity from my understanding. Need someone qualified to replace the old ceiling fan switch in the walking robe which buzzes with the new one supplied. Also need some down lights repaired. The one in the robe doesn’t switch on even after replacing globe. The fan itself in in the adjoining bedroom. We also have two down lights in the kitchen that lose brightness after some time even after switching bulbs. So would like them looked at also. - Due date: Before Friday, 24 November 2023
