I need 2 existing ttube lights replaced with downlights in 2 garages of my duplex. Downlights will be provided.

I need 4x down lights installed. Holes are cut out and ready to go. All 4 are same as per photos. Please note that the down lights are plug-in type.

We are currently experiencing a downlights flickering issue and one of the switch panel is stuck and can not be turned off at our Oscar Wylee Optometrist - Morayfield store. We need to supply and replace these downlights and switch board due to this concerns. The pretest and optom rooms both have 4 downlights each. All lights seem to be affected and it seems more noticeable when dimmed, but is intermittent.
