Electrical Safety check for Certificate of Compliance.

Dead easy job for person with right skill set. I need someone to change an external 'safety light' fitting. The fitting is a Crompton Australian sourced acrylic ball type light fitting mounted on a rigid upright pole. (see photos) The fitting received a very light knock from a vehicle which fractured the collar fitting on the fitting itself. There was/is no damage to the wiring and the globe actually still works. Only the dome (connector lugs) were damaged. I have the identical original (spare) unit on hand as pictured, so I know it is a one for one exchange. Basically just remove the collar and replace the wiring into the new base. The previous installer did use a light amount of silicone sealant around the base collar, otherwise it would be very much a handyman job other than working with 240 volts. This should be a dead easy job for anyone who has the appropriate skills. Pole is only 5 foot high, so no aerial work. Area around pole is 100% clear as shown in picture and easy to work in. I understand fully that my asking quote may have to be slightly reviewed on site, if the job proves to have any complications. I am a 100% reasonable AirTasker home owner. There should not be any such problems of course. (as I see it)

The switch is pushed in and the power point can't be used

Part of our house power plugs are not working. Some of the switches form meter keep on tripping. Tried turning off few appliances but still not working.
