Need help installing washing machine and dryer

During my house move, I noticed the pins of the plug for my Bosch washing machine had melt/fused into the double adapter in the wall (due to possible short circuit). I have removed the double adapter and plug from the wall safely but the plug is fused into the double adapter still. So I possibly require a replacement for Bosch Washing machine cable for model: WAK24220AU/03 (Serie 4) (Bosch certified technician / electrician would be preferred for this job, otherwise another qualified technician/electrician who can supply a genuine Bosch part would be okay.) Needs be this done this weekend (1-3 April) as I am moving. I am happy to pay for the spare part in addition to the labour cost.

I have a rainwater tap under my laundry sink and I'd like to connect the washing machine to it. But the tap is located in a bad position (too close to the pipes) and the bulky connection hose of the washing machine won't fit. I'd like to connect it up but also in a way that I can easily switch it back to mains water if needed.

Our washing machine is displaying ERROR2 with every feature I try to put it on, I’ve cleaned the filter and it’s still not working. It’s not that old and still in good working condition. This is the first error we’ve seen. Thankyou!

WATER IS COMING FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE MACHINE

Install new Bosch washing machine. Currently have a dryer on top of existing washing machine with a Bosch integrated sliding shelf in between the washing machine and the dryer. Dryer needs to be removed, new washing machine to be installed and dryer to be reinstalled. Old washing machine needs to go to garage 4 steps involved.
