Our solar panels require servicing and panel cleaning. Double storey house. 20 panels, 5.4kW.

Issue Details: The switch mechanism is stuck/fused in the 'ON' position—the ceiling downlight stays on continuously and won't turn off via the wall switch. The safety switch/breaker cuts power to the light normally, confirming the issue is isolated to the wall switch mechanism itself.

We have a bunch of lights in the house that are dimmable and connected to two circuits, have two dimmer switches to replace our current switches with and want someone qualified to do so. Should be very quick we have the switches already and have verified existing lights are dimmable

Looking for a licensed electrician to complete 3 small electrical jobs: Single Storey house with tile roof. 1.Install 1 new bathroom exhaust fan *Install a new 200mm exhaust fan. *The exhaust fan should be connected to the existing bathroom light switch, so the light and exhaust fan turn on/off together. 2.Replace kitchen tube light with LED light *The existing kitchen tube light currently takes around 3–5 seconds to turn on. I would like to replace it with a simple standard LED light fitting. 3.Replace 1 faulty wall switch ( simple normal switch ) *One existing wall switch is broken and needs to be replaced. Photos are attached for reference. Please quote for labour/call-out and advise whether materials are included.

Electrician Needed – 2 Exhaust Fans + Kitchen Light Description: Looking for a licensed electrician for a few small jobs: Install 2 basic exhaust fans, one in each bathroom/toilet. The exhaust fans and light can share one switch is fine. Check and fix the kitchen tube light. It currently takes around 2–3 seconds to turn on after switching it on. Our house is single level house. Happy for you to supply the exhaust fans if you can recommend a simple and reasonably priced option, or I can purchase them separately. Please quote for labour and let me know if materials are included.

Fix 3 downlights in double storey townhouse. Replacing with new lights didn’t fix it. 2 are easily accessible. One is pretty high up They are 15W lights

Install a supplied pendant light, remove another pendant light and swap over a downlight. All lights supplied. For the pendant use existing wall switch but add a wifi dimmer, supplied (photo, pls confirm its the correct one). I wfh on Wednesday, weekends and after 4 weekdays also available. Also troubleshoot a lighting switch problem (switch at bottom of stairs doesn't work as intended, I am told its a minor fix)
