The Issue: One of the black, cylindrical track spotlights on our main sales floor is flashing/flickering. This is a potential safety concern and is very disruptive to the store environment. The Job: The task is to find the cause of the flashing and perform the necessary repair to ensure stable, constant light. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the high ceiling track system (a suitable ladder is required). 2. Diagnosing the cause of the fault (likely a failed LED unit or a faulty driver). 3. Supplying and installing a new, like-for-like replacement track light fitting. 4. The required model is a Sydney Vision Lighting, ZOOM TRACK 1 CIRCUIT, Code: ZOO1533B-1, 15W 3000K. Please see the attached photo of the product label for all specifications. 5. Testing the new light to confirm it is fully operational and the flashing has stopped.
