hello, Someone tofix external hard drive. i have a wd my passport that just stopped working 2day. when you plug it into the laptop its makes a sound like its turning on, the light blinks then goes solid, the noise comes from the computer like it detects it but then asks to install drivers. which i have done previously but now wont let you install drivers or open etc. i have plugged into tv and comes up saying hard drive not recognised. i have alot of sentimental photos on the drive and really need them back. how much do you charge to look at this sort of problem?? kind regards jason.

Need someone who has experience installing windows on mac, i had this setup running for few months, somehow windows got corrupted, tried resetting it, stucks at 99%, now it doesnt boot propely or if boots, not letting the admin account log in saying account is disabled. Tried enabling it by going in command prompt. But no luck. Its macbook pro 1tb ssd, top model. Thanks

Need help to set up Microsoft in my laptop I can’t acess any word or excel in my laptop.

I dropped my iphone 6s and the screen is broken, it is black and you can only see a tiny line of light on it. I am trying to connect it to my itunes on my laptop to backup but I need to unlock my phone and select Trust this Computer to for it to connect to itunes. Because the screen is broken I can't enter my passcode or select Trust this Computer. I've tried using Siri and Voice Over but I can't figure it out. Apparently this is possible to do if you have a USB keyboard & also a bluetooth keyboard. I'm looking for someone to help get it to open up for itunes in this way, or any other way that works ASAP. I don't need the screen repaired.
