The customer reported an issue about technician services for their smart home system, specifically regarding an automatic lock that was not functioning properly.

We need a technician with a laptop for a internet cutover activity. Technician need to have a laptop with Ethernet Port and WIFI and a 4g hotspot. Tech is required to install a router in rack (already at site), switch over customer LAN to the new router (swap cable) and participiate in testing post the cutover. We will be on a phone call with the tech remotely. Location is Creek Street Brisbane.

There is a studio we have that small business use for their clients. Now there is a new shed was recently built and since then, the studio can not get internet. Or even hotspot. I have no idea why. Bought a mesh router extender & it won’t connect. There is a main building where the router is positioned and want to connect the Netgear mesh extender to the outside studio. I have a client in Brisbane who needs a tech person to help them with occasional tech support starting with setting up and advising on their boardroom set up / logitech e-conferencing. They have the equipment but it hasn't been set up correctly especially since they now have a hardwire connection as opposed to wifi.
