I have a small beauty salon, we use apple iMacs, iPads and mobile phones. Our computers run slowly and need to be optimised, I am running the cleaner for them weekly. I need the following completed; 1. Optimise 4 iMacs so they are running fast 2. Fix slow wifi issue with computer not connected directly to modem 3. Fix speaker system on wifi it cuts out after 1 hour on Spotify and turns off, we need it working all day so there is music without having to keep on resetting it. 5. Optimise iPads and mobile phones so they are all connected and working well. 6. We recently changed from Nexgen to iiNet and our phone Yealink isn’t working with the modem so we have it diverted our number to the mobile. Connect the Yealink phone and get it working with our number again. Thank you

I can’t use Word or any other Microsoft Office programs on my MacBook Pro. I need some home IT support with the following. I assume this is considered essential work under the current restrictions to support wfh and schooling from home. Location Ashburton, I’d be hoping to get this sorted on sat/sun?? 1- current home internet is I net NBN100 HFC Liimitless (appreciate any advice on better deals for my needs as per below) 2- I’m using an Arris CM8200 modem and a Netgear Nighthawk router- (i havent paired them up correctly- we are connected, but need support on fixing this setup and improving wifi coverage through the house) 3 - Connect Brother printer to wifi and ensure we can print from connected devices (it has stopped working when I tried to connect the nighthawk) 4- ensure we have a secure wifi connection (it’s currently accessing via both modem and router) 5- check wifi strength (positioning of router) for access through the house to connect 2* smart tvs, mobile phs, tablets (schooling from home) , laptop (working from home), and a Mac that seems to be running slow (wifi issue(?))

Our business landline phoneline is playing up - looks like we've knocked some wires loose on this phone-jack extender thingy the telstra tech installed... Need help rectifying ASAP!
