Our home internet is currently not working and we need someone experienced with NBN connections, home networking and routers (preferably Eero) to come onsite and troubleshoot/fix the issue. Our internet provider and NBN have tested the connection and confirmed that the NBN service is up and operational and the NTD box is online. We need someone who can: * Check the NBN NTD and UNI-D Port 4 connection * Check the Ethernet connection from the NTD to our router * Troubleshoot and reconnect our **Eero router/home Wi-Fi network** * Check WAN/router settings and configuration * Determine whether the issue is with the router, cabling or home network * Ideally get the internet and Wi-Fi fully working again while onsite The NBN provider has confirmed no service dropouts over the past two days, so this appears to be an issue somewhere between the working NBN connection and our home network/router.
