Hi I’m looking for some IT assistance. I’m trying to install my customised email in my outlook app on my iPhone. I have my hotmail email installed but I’m trying to instal another one. In settings, I click: Add Email Account I type my email - add account Enter password Click sign in But when I go to the inbox, no emails are appearing in the inbox or sent emails. I can't send or receive emails from my computer via Outlook but can from my iPhone. there is a problem with passwords which I can't resolve.

I have several problems happening with my PCs at work -We upgraded security on our website which has stopped emails (outlook) from working properly (server has moved address, Kaspersky says ‘The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that cannot be verified’ however when I follow instructions online for a suggested fix (move to [Content Moderated] from currently [Content Moderated] ) then all my subfolders disappear -Want to view the same email address on multiple PCs via outlook, but some of the folders do not sync on the secondary computer and can only be opened on the main computer -Want to add the secondary computer to an existing network of PCs so I can add MYOB Retail Manager to the secondary newer computer that is currently not networked -Computers are all running extremely slowly (4 computers) since we installed kaspersky, hoping for some kind of work around without uninstalling kaspersky
