I need important photos and work files recovered from a LaCie Rugged USB-C external HDD. The drive powers on and spins normally, but isn't detected as a drive on two different computers. It doesn't appear in Finder, Disk Utility or diskutil list. The computers recognise the LaCie USB device, but not the actual storage drive.
