We have an old treadmill, about 20 years old. Works well however the speed dial recently has played up and is too fast on the lowest setting. Thinking there must be a way to make it slower electrically? Some resistor, since I doubt it is digitally controlled.

Since installing Starlink we have never had good internet compared to our old house. We currently are unable to watch any streaming service and the wifi is terrible. The initial installer has been out a few times and has no idea what the matter is. Is there someone that can come out ASAP to see if they can find out what is going on. I reboot it a couple of times a day sometimes we might get an hour or so of internet then nothing. I’m considering just doing back to Telstra as this is just getting annoying now. I am not tech savvy at all so really struggling with what to do and how it all works. I have 4 teenagers who are whinging all day every day about our crap internet.
