I need a qualified windows based IT professional to sync hardware (desktop, NAS, laptop both windows based and an iPhone) and software. Plus provide ongoing onsite IT help every fortnight.

I have tried every way to transfer my photos from iPhone 11 to iPhone 15, as they are different Apple ID I can’t sign in and transfer. I need to retrieve my data and transfer to new phone. Need a tech support who can help me with it.

Photos are attached for the NBN box location and the router details. The internet service provider is Occom.

My CPU is has a blinking yellow light and fan is making more noise than usual (normally will only be loud on startup but will die down). While I have no issues in starting up the desktop, I am concerned about the noise and whether there will be an issue further down the road.

Hello, I'm looking into getting WiFi via byo modem and then connecting to a plan but I need to know what router to get first. I'm looking for advice only ATM as to which modem I can use , I have an nbn box from previous Internet but not sure what modem I need, nbn available at my address is hfc. I don't want to spend a lot on the router but aiming for a plan of 250 dl and 23 upload as I want to use it for gaming. Dual band? Mesh? I will likely need a router with long range or extender or mesh as it will need to reach outside but not sure on square footage of my home. Pics and advice would be appreciated. Once I know what to buy I can then hire someone to help me install. I'd like it done asap as I need wifi.

Hey folks. I've somehow cooked my gaming / media PC. Running Windows 11, had a crash and tried booting into offline safe mode and now absolutely nothing works, no recovery options work, resetting PC just has an error and everytime I restart it re-disgnoses issues and says "startup repair couldn't repair your PC" I'm pretty sure it's potentially stuck in an offline state (thanks windows 11) and I've just made it worse lol. My only other thought is maybe a hard reinstall with physical media or USB via BIOS, but that's all out of my wheelhouse. Tldr. I need someone to assist in completely factory resetting my PC, I'm fine with losing everything as well, but if you can figure it out so I don't lose everything - that's cool too ❤️
