Hi, I have a 27-inch Apple iMac (Retina, around 2017 model) that is stuck on the Apple logo with a progress bar and won’t fully boot. I’ve tried recovery mode but it doesn’t complete properly. I have two Ethernet wall sockets in my home office that are not working. The house has a patch panel and central comms cupboard, but these runs appear to be un-terminated or mis-terminated.
