MacBook screen issue where the laptop is fully working but the display turns black when the lid is opened past a certain angle. Keyboard sounds and system stay active, so it looks like a display flex or backlight cable issue near the hinge, not a charging or software fault. Need someone experienced with MacBook hinge or display cable repairs to diagnose and fix. My budget is around $150, so please only respond if you are comfortable working within that range. Only apply if you have proper experience with MacBook repairs.

Looking to extend our internet to our front gate using the tp-link wireless bridge. Task is to properly install (ie mount in appropriate location on the home, plug in at the gate where a Power Point already exists) and ensure strong signal strength of the internet. We have Starlink and get over 200mbps so should have over 100mbps at the gate. We have the materials with the exception of a long Ethernet cable which I’m exp ting will need to run from the router to the outside mount. You bring experience in installing and understanding wifi bridges. Success is a properly mounted bridge at the house and gate with 100mbps at the gate.

My DELL laptop did a Windows update last night and now it’s stuck on the DELL screen and is looping between that and Restarting but Windows never loads. I’ve tried to uninstall updates and ran diagnostics but nothing is working. Need urgently fixed please. Thanks!

Help with PC set up and cable management

I'm currently running a photobooth app (Curator Live) on my iPad Pro - 3rd Gen. in conjunction with an DNP Printer and Wireless Connect Module. That set-up works o.k, but I'm wanting switch over to a WIRED set-up, connecting the iPad to my Laptop and using Curator Lives' own Print Server. I've followed the support instructions from Curator Live and purchased the necessary Hubs, cables etc. However, after countless hours of trial and error, still no luck. I'm looking for someone who has the knowledge to asisst with this set-up. I'm informed it can 100% be done, but I'm obviously missing something. Perhaps the Hubs are not compatible or an incorrect setting somewhere? If you're skilled in this area, I'd be happy to give you the work. Also happy to share the support notes I've received from Curator Live if that would help.

Need to create a wifi web in the house that allows optimal internet nbn speed that’s consistent.

Since installing Starlink we have never had good internet compared to our old house. We currently are unable to watch any streaming service and the wifi is terrible. The initial installer has been out a few times and has no idea what the matter is. Is there someone that can come out ASAP to see if they can find out what is going on. I reboot it a couple of times a day sometimes we might get an hour or so of internet then nothing. I’m considering just doing back to Telstra as this is just getting annoying now. I am not tech savvy at all so really struggling with what to do and how it all works. I have 4 teenagers who are whinging all day every day about our crap internet. We are located in Garfield. 10mins past Pakenham. Thank you 🙏
