Looking for someone with experience working on computer circuitry to remove and replace the DC jack on a laptop motherboard, that the power cord plugs into. Have attempted to replace it myself, but cannot get the solder in the board to melt. I have the DC jack required, and the board is partially removed from the laptop...enough to access the area required. If needed, I could completely remove the motherboard, particularly if it will make the price noticably cheaper. Also, if it will make it cheaper, I can bring the laptop/motherboard to you. Ignore the $10 offered, just tell me what it's worth.

Need someone experienced with DWIN HMI displays to copy the software/interface from my old solarium touchscreen to a new replacement screen. The old screen has the correct program but the display is faulty. The new DWIN screen powers on but only shows the default DWIN screen and needs the original interface loaded. The goal is for the new screen to look and function exactly like the old one. Screen model: DWIN DMG80480L070_01WTR (7”, 800×480). Photos of both screens are attached.

Hi, I need someone to run two separate Ethernet cable drops in my home. Starting point: Modem/router in the main bedroom. Ending point: 1x in the lounge room (around 7 metres) and 1x in rear bedroom (around 12 metres away) Access: The house is single storey brick veneer - there is crawl space and roof space available. Crawl space run likely to be easier to avoid noggins. Details: I need both cables run and terminated into a 6x RJ45 wall plate (to allow for later expansion) in the bedroom. You will need to supply the cat6 cable, keystone jacks, 2 single RJ45 wall plates and 1 6x RJ45 wall plate. Alternatively, I can supply these. Please quote for on the basis of the above, though note I will likely ask you to quote on further cable runs on the day.

We are currently experiencing ongoing “ghost calls” on our café VOIP phone service, as advised by Aussie Broadband. Aussie Broadband has informed us that we require a firewall installation/configuration so legitimate phone calls can come through correctly. At present, whenever the phone line is plugged into the back of the modem, the phone rings constantly with no one on the other end of the call. Unfortunately, we have already been let down by several IT companies and are simply looking for someone who can properly diagnose and resolve the issue. Power outage this morning made internet cut out. The modem isn’t connect to the opticomm. I’ve been advised that we need to do a modem reconfiguration with an Ethernet cable. I’d potentially need someone available between 5-8pm today to come out to Berwick to do it. Exetel has sent instructions
