I try to turn on my computer, it starts working and then it slows down, and sometimes when I turn it on I get this message

i’m unable to get on my Apple CarPlay screen maps and all the apps I can listen to my audio. I can listen to my music. I can accept phone calls but I cannot read maps on the screen. I’ve been reading it on my phone for a month and I think it’s very dangerous. Is there anybody that can help me with this?

I've got a Hydrawise wifi system with 11 zones, and for some reason one solenoid won't work, and one appears to come with another couple of zones, so multiple are running at the same time. I need the issue resolved and working properly.
