WiFi printer issues with HPprinter

Wifi drops out randomly at different times each day. I have newish mesh routers, new cat7 cable, upgraded to 100/40mbps, router is in a cool position, software updated. I am at a loss, it has been years. What else can I do??

Hey everyone just looking for someone to fix/replace my macbook pro screen. Its a Macbook pro 13"A1706 If you could also have a look inside for anything else.
