Remove the existing hard drive from the specified drive bay. Insert the replacement hard drive into the same bay. Follow simple instructions provided over the phone or via video call. Wait while I remotely monitor the NAS and complete all software configuration and verification. Important: You will not be required to perform any software configuration or troubleshooting. I will remotely manage the NAS, monitor the RAID rebuild, and provide step-by-step instructions throughout the process. Your role is purely the physical removal and installation of the drive. Requirements: computer hardware experience. Comfortable handling hard drives and following instructions. Able to attend the site at the agreed time. A mobile phone for voice or video communication during the replacement. The task should take approximately 15–30 minutes, although you may need to remain on-site a little longer while I verify the new drive has been detected successfully.
