I need help to manage up my emails and calendars. I have 2 work emails which use outlook, and gmail and icloud and Bigpond accounts. I'm using a few different email and calendar apps but none are working across all the accounts. I need help to set up one email account and calendar on Mac and Android phone. I have a home use download of Office but some of my work emails use Office 365. But not everything can be synced through office.

I’m pretty sure my MacBook has a virus. I’m keen to retrieve my files and photos and have the MacBook Air working again. I have a portable storage disc for the photos. Ideally I’d like the backup and restoration so it’s back to new! I’m after professionals only and for the best chance of retrieving my photos before simply resetting etc.

A folder with a question mark appeared on my computer screen when turned it on last Monday. I’d like it to get backed up and repaired.

macbook air wont turn on or charge, have tried all of the different start up techniques. happened when it was 6 months old on youtube, jsut shut down.

I updated our MACBOOK air to the newest version and ever since have had problems with excel. The font, bold, highlight sections won’t drop down the box to change anything. They are not blocked out as per photos below but when clicked the drop down box nothing happens. Have read reviews and can’t get it working. Happy for someone to come and look at it or happy to accept advice on repairing over messages if you can guarantee you know how I can fix it through your instructions to save you the time coming to me.

All my uni work is on my old 2012 MacBook Pro. It’s stuck in a startup loop where it gives me a login page that doesn’t have my user account on it. I’m not too fussed on getting the MacBook working, but I’d love all the stuff off the hard drive! I missed previous offers as they expired before I checked them! So please offer again!

I am having trouble getting my MacBook to turn on. I am needing someone to look at it to hopefully fix it. The charger light comes on when I plug it in but the laptop itself will just not turn on. I have googled a lot of quick ways to try and fix it but nothing has worked.

My computer crashed a few years ago, and I've finally gotten around to getting it fixed. I just want to recover photos and videos from there. Could someone please help. I think it has to do with the hard drive? Unfortunately no fix no fee.

Hi there, I have a MacBook Pro which is about 5 years old and is now running slow. Now using it more frequently for study which is all online based and would like to have it optimised to free up space and operate faster. I have a separate hard drive to back up what might need to be transferred but need an expert so that I don’t loose valuable archive.

Over the last 3 computer changeovers my iPhoto’s are jumbled and some old home movies are not accessible on my new computer. Need iPhoto and Mac expert to assist find, sort and organise. Ideally someone who gets quick time player and movies on macs, and must understand iPhoto’s very well!! Flexible with when it is done. Probably 1-2 hrs work.
