Front veranda requires sanding and refinishing with a decking oil. Size is 2.1m x 5m hardwood. Currently finished in a polyurethane coating that is starting to breakdown on the outer edge boards (see photos). The rest of the verandah is in good condition. Requires full sand to remove this finish and then replaced with an appropriate decking finish. I require this work to be completed by the first week of Feb 2023. Flood damage - Labour required I have 8 walls of gyprock and insulation that I need pulled down and put out onto the kerbside (kerb is a distance of about 20-30 metres from the walls). Total area (amount) of gyprock and insulation is about 100sqm. I estimate it’s about 6 hours of work for 1 person or 3 hours for 2 people.

We want to convert the cupboard running alongside one of our bedrooms, to a built-in wardrobe. This would include installing wardrobe sliding doors (2) and shelving and a hanging rack inside (these can be pre-fabricated).
