The METOD wall rails are already fitted and several tall and base cabinets are assembled and sitting in place, but nothing has been fully joined, levelled or secured yet. The IKEA design print-out for the final layout will be on site. A timber line all along the balcony edge got rotten and need to be replaced because the aluminium protection is detached from the balcony

Need my stairs and hand rails sanded down and restained with a similar colour to the timber floor next to it. Please provide stain and all required products for the job. Stairs are not timber but about 3mm thick vineer so please take extra care when sanding. Require an oil based stain.

Hi Taskers, I have recently built a project house in Graceville and I have on sold the property and the new purchaser wants to replace the existing glass door with a solid timber door. The door size is 2340 x 1020 and I want to fix it in the existing aluminium frame rather than replace the whole frame. I will supply the door but need it installed along with locks and hinges. Keen to work through with the tasker on what hinges and locks to use. Price offered is an estimate and I am happy to discuss the rate with the tasker who gets the job. Hi there, I’m looking for an experienced handyman or cabinetmaker to remove a single kitchen cabinet carcass so I can install a dishwasher. The doors and shelves are already removed. I just need the carcass taken out cleanly, including detaching it from the benchtop, adjacent cabinets and neatly cutting the kickboard. Installation of the dishwasher is not required. Prefer someone who has done this before and can ensure the surrounding cabinetry and benchtop aren’t damaged. Located in Mitchelton.

Hi, I’m after a quote to sand and stain our deck. Deck is about 11 years old. Deck is worn more in the exposed areas around the pool, decent in the undercover entertainment area, it has never been sanded.Deck area is about 80 square meters and there are 9 roof poles that need staining. I need an IKEA PAX wardrobe 2 metres long x 2.37 metres tall built and installed in my house. The design has sliding doors, three mesh baskets and nine shelves inside (using as a storage cupboard). It is being delivered this Sunday 19 October so install can be 20th or 21st October. The wall it is being installed along has a skirting board to work with (eg trim it behind where wardrobe will be). We also need a base built eg out of pine to put the wardrobe on top of and skirting boards around outside so there will be some carpentry too. We will supply all materials.
