We want to build a desk and shelves in a small nook inside my daughters room. Dimensions of nook are 107cm wide x 60cm deep x 240cm high. Reference image from google attached as well as pictures of my daughters room.

Looking for an experienced carpenter to do some jobs in the house: 1) build and install crown moulding (cornice) on existing kitchen cabinets. 2) convert six internal doors from flat doors to shaker style doors. Move door jam back to accomodate new width, install new door knobs 3) convert existing kitchen cabinets to shaker style.

We really like this table which can be extended from a coffee table height to a dinning table (130cm x 76cm). However, we don't love the ceramic top and don't think the style will go with our other furniture. We are wondering if it would be possible to pull off the top boards/stats and replace it with some better quality wood or an artificial material which is better suited. I am not an expert, but I assume it would require removing the old pieces, cutting new ones to size and treating as required, and fixing them appropriating in the place of the old ones. Old housemate has moved out and has left multiple stains on the carpet. Unsure what the stains are but appear to be soft glue/fake tan (see pictures). I have tried supermarket stain remover and no luck.
