I need an experienced carpenter to build a structure around my pool filter equipment. It is up against a wall. It needs to have access both vertical access hydraulic lid to remove the filter and also to be able to remove the front/access the front. It will be about 1.5mx 1mx 1.5m. I’ll get some photos up when I get home.

Wanting a quote on a custom made linen storage cabinet, roughly 2.95m x 1.8m x 1.2m. White finish, flexible on material and details.

We are looking for a builder to assist in an internal renovation (no CDC or DA needed at this stage). The task includes building 1 ensuite, remodeling one bathroom, building wardrobes etc. We may need assistance with painting and flooring, but this can be negotiated. The two key points here are (1) we are planning on knocking down and rebuilding in 18 months, so we don't want to spend a lot; and (2) time is crucial. We also want a set price with no variations. The 4 separate platform steps sit in top of each other and are bolted vertically back to brick wall. The stairs need to be pulled apart and the bottom 2 platforms need rebuilding due to water rot/ damage. This includes new framing and decking to these 2 and rebuilding
