Qualified Carpenter needed to build a wall in the garage and finish off other areas like a doorway and a laundry cabinet plus shelving. My offer is only to come out and quote.

Scratch is 2.1m spanning across 18 wooden floor boards. Not overly deep however it is fairly visible

I’m looking for someone to sand and stain our back deck. I can supply stain paint. The deck is roughly 8x4 with a small landing of 1x1m

Looking for someone experienced with timber work to: Carefully remove the external stairs (as shown in photos). Sand back all stair treads and risers. Stain in the same colour as the upstairs decking (stain will be supplied if needed – please confirm). Reinstall the stairs securely once complete. Requirements: Must bring own tools and equipment. Experience with sanding and staining timber. Able to safely remove and reinstall stairs. Cleanup after completion. Location: Brighton, QLD 4017 Access: Easy access to the stair area. Budget: Open to quotes – please include labour, tools, and estimated timeframe.

Two windows (1200x1200) Install 30x30 trim at bottom of each window. I already have one 30x30x2130 piece from bunnings. Install 42x18 around remaining three edges of each window. Screwed in using stainless steel screws that are countersunk. Use something like liquid nails for additional strength on bottom pieces, and gap seal. File ends for smooth finish in preparation for painting. You do not need to do any painting.

2 small decks to be sanded and oiled. Deck 1. Apx 7m x 4m excluding the seating you can see in photos. Deck to be sanded back - note the deck has burn marks in the middle and this needs to be sanded back a bit harder- hopefully pick up some colour again. The built in chair needs a light sand as well. Entire deck to be oiled. Just natural oil color, not a tint and not a polyurethane (as in I don’t want a shiny after finish) deck is in back yard and has power nearby and 4 stairs to gain access. Deck 2 - is smaller and by the pool. Apx 3.5 x 3 plus the strip along the spa edge. Please try to not get stain on the tiles and protect spa from as much dust as possible. Same rules with second deck on product. Easy access with lower again, and front yard. (In a pool area) NOTE- this deck has 4 small pots that need to be moved for the job and one large that will stay and be oiled around (and under where possible as its on wheels) Stairs- 4 treads and 1 fascia board. Don’t need sanding but stain again. Garden edge- 2 sleepers each 2.5’ long need oiling as well. Can provide oil with Merbau tint for these. I have a very small kitchen with very difficult to reach cabinets. To solve this problem I'm looking for someone who could do the following work. 1. Rangehood removed and replaced with cabinet 700w x 600h x 300d to match existing cabinets. 2. Install glass panel or fixed window in space above new cabinet to provide more light in kitchen. 3. Remove oven and replace with 2 x drawers to match existing cabinets. Space is 600w x 720h (this measurement includes the panels top and bottom of oven) Is there anyone who could do this entire job, or would it need to be done by different trades? Kaboodle kitchen, a draw has come out, the runner/rails have come away from the cabinet and needs to be remounted.

Black stain on timber floor from a wet chair arm. We went to avoid having to get the whole floor replaced so would like to see if it's possible to sand it back and re-vanish (or whatever you would recommend). Also interested for a quote, just added $500 to be able to proceed.

The water stain appeared after a recent roof refurbishment. Efforts to remove the stain have been unsuccessful.

Cut & Finish Stainless Steel Benchtop (Clean Edge & Corner) Description: I need a section of stainless steel benchtop cut and removed (see attached photos). The section is on the left-hand side of the bench where it finishes against a cabinet. The job involves: Cutting the stainless steel benchtop neatly along the left-hand side edge. Finishing the cut edge to look professional (preferably bent down over the edge for a clean finish). Ideally, re-welding or properly sealing the corner so it looks original and prevents sharp edges. Looking for someone who can cut and Install Filler piece above oven

In need of a cabinet maker to partially disassemble lower kitchen cabinetry (not island) so we can access behind. These cabinets will be reused so they need to be taken out carefully. Images attached.

Have two sets of outdoor timber treads (10 treads in total) which look a little worn. I would like to freshen them up by giving them a sand and staining them.

Cut out part of the existing pantry cabinet to fit a standard dishwasher 60cm wide. Clean up the edges where it is cut so it looks neat and finished. Leave enough space in the back for the plumber. If there’s extra space left over, we can either close it off with a panel.

I had dismantled a timber hard rail in my yard to install a concrete retaining wall. I have the timber fence post fixtures installed in the concrete sleepers so installing timber will be easier and more robust. It’s a Hampton style handrail. The timber handrail needs to be installed I got the timber. Additional timber can be purchased. Total length22m Need to install handrail and paint it white The concrete sleepers at 2.4m wide typically. So to be safe you would need to measure it out again. Best way to look at this project is to set out what material is needed for the handrail. Use much of the existing and then just buy new material from Bunnings as needed. That keeps the project nice and simple.

I need this entertainment cabinet which is built into the kitchen cabinetry removed. It is attached to the floor, the pantry and the wall. The space does not have to be restored (this will be fixed at a later date) but I need minimal damage. There is one existing pane at the bottom which is shared with the panty, this piece can remain in tact (will fix later) No need for disposal there are bins onsite. Open to negotiating price.
