I bought a house with a large two-year-old deck attached. The deck was built during Covid and did not receive building approval. I need to get a retrospective certification for approval. In order to do this, I need to get a set of accurate plans & elevations drafted for the current deck as is where is.

Supply and fit a new lid on the top of my letterbox. It’s made of chipboard and the top is rotten but they sides and bottom are fine. - Due date: Flexible

This built in work bench/table has water damage. The bench is to be removed, including the water damaged backing which is still attached to the floor, shown in the second photo. The water damage has also affected the base board of the larger built-in beside it. That damaged base part needs to be removed and replaced/ propped up with new wood cut to size. - Due date: Flexible
