The bipart door was remove due to new fooor. It require to be trimmed at bottom to suit new finished floor level surface and reinstall onto existing door frame. All hinge holes etc are existing. Cut door bottom and reinstall onto frame.

Kitchen window sink , window timber has some sort of wood decay, below the glass. Or wood has rot. Not sure if the whole wood piece needs to be replaced. The glass window is fine no cracks. Only issue is the bracket near the sink. Which obviously isn’t waterproofed from previous owners. Needs replacing. - Due date: 10th May 2024

Looking for someone to create an enclosed storage area cupboard on an existing paved shelf under the house. See pics. Need some batons attached to the wall around it to make a frame for the front/doors. And then the front/doors made. I’m envisaging 3 doors on hinges with some kind of closing mechanism. I need a handyman on an ad hoc basis. You need to be competent preferably with training as a carpenter or similar. Jobs need some skill, not just moving stuff although could be part of it. I would like someone who I can call on to do a bunch of jobs each time so it’s worth your while. Jobs could include some gardening, put a handle on a door, some painting, repair kitchen doors, move heavy pots etc. This is just examples of jobs. Happy to pay hourly basis. I don’t want a fixed quote because jobs vary.
