We are having our carpet removed and reinstalled however we have very creaky stairs and 2 bedrooms. My husband was planning to nail or screw down loose boards or stabilise the creaks prior but is now in plaster cast and on crutches. Hoping someone may be able to come and do this prior to them ripping up all the carpet. Do we aren’t stuck with creaky floors still. 2 bedrooms and 16 stairs.
