Wardrobe joinery and cabinets

Approx 30 townhouses for joinery installation, kitchens, laundries and vanities/shavers, with a additional 45 townhouses for stage 2. Happy to discuss prices on your skills and availability. Must be able to work alone and read plans, all hardware supplied.

American Oak bench top has joinery in one part coming apart that needs fixing.

Looking for someone qualified to come and quote and re build framing above kitchen breast and make ready for joinery to go in.

I have a front study room that i'd like wall panels added too on all three walls and ceiling (i've attached a reference photo of what i'm after). I want the entire room covered with this veneer. I have the veneer (58cmx250cm) - these will need to be applied to a thin plywood (or MDF) and then applied to the walls and ceiling. The room is approx. 2.8m long x 2m wide x 2.1m tall. I have attached a photo of the room (currently painted in green).

The stage should be strong enough to support 3 people sitting plus the chairs Need to do plumber rough in before finalising 3. Plastering • Supply and install plasterboard for new walls • Patch and repair existing walls as needed • Install cornices (e.g. 90 mm Scotia or similar) 4. Joinery • Install kitchen base cabinet (Bunnings-supplied) • Install basin vanity cabinet (Bunnings-supplied) • Tile splashback installation for kitchen and vanity • Install shelving units (approx. 4 lm, 32 mm shelves) (Ikea / Kmart - Supplies) • Construct partition column wall 5. Fixing Carpentry • Fit internal swing door (1) • Install passage sets and door hardware • Install door architraves (67 × 18 MDF profile) • Install skirting boards (92 × 18 MDF, approx. 36.9 lm) 6. WPC Cladding (Or similar wallpaper) Installation • Indoor WPC cladding panels (1 wall) Outdoor signage installation Mhs M

Plaster above joinery ~3300mm x 300mm in place of mdf board (mdf board can be removed prior to job).

Replace the door front finish

Need Joiner, Carpenter or Handyman to come and finish Hallway job off. Skirting cut to size and fitted. Will provide skirting and you can use our saw. May get you to do some extra while here for $

Edges are to be glued down with PVA interior wood glue (preferably selleys from Bunnings), and then masking taped down for the glue to set. Client can strip the tape after 24 hours. Ensure tape isn’t strong enough to strip paint / damage the door

I have one cupboard in our office on which I need the old lock removed and a new one installed. I need two keys with the lock.

Remove old integrated fridge and install new one. Ventilation ducts need installing in kicker below and above to allow passive air flow (ie, fans not required). Photos show kicker and cupboard above fridge, which has approx 200mm gap behind it. Grills to be extra at cost, once appropriate ones identified.

Require 2 sets of two pull drawers on runners to be installed - one under a bathroom sink and one under the kitchen sink Also require two floating shelves on top of a cabinet in the pantry. 250mm by 1200mm roughly. Just moved houses and my fridge is too high for the cavity. I need the cupboard above to be removed, cut down a further 60-70mm (from the top)to make it shorter, and reinstalled. Current dimensions are: 88w x 45h x 50d.

I have just had my gas meter moved location. I am need of a plumber urgently to install roughly 1m of copper and joiner to hook up to the relocated meter. Needing done ASAP as my hot water is currently off. See pictures for reference.

Please help, I can’t unclip my drawer from Blum laundry unit to be able to plug in new washing machine. Located in Kew. Is there anyone local that could help please?
