Preparing house for sale — need edge banding replaced in two areas: Kitchen (3 locations): Two curved shelf edges and one straight shelf edge where melamine edge banding has come off, exposing particleboard Need new iron-on edge banding applied, including around curved sections Bedroom wardrobes (4 sliding mirror doors): Right-side edge laminate/veneer has peeled off on four doors Old masking tape and glue residue needs to be removed first (tape has been on for years) Particleboard underneath is smooth and intact — just needs new edge banding applied All locations need iron-on edge banding. Kitchen shelves are white melamine. Wardrobe doors are cream/light woodgrain — different colour match required. This is a pre-sale cosmetic fix — needs to look tidy and clean for property photos and inspections. We have a 5m long untreated wooden ceiling beam that requires an expert woodworker/painter to sand (if necessary), protect and oil/stain. We’ll be painting the ceiling and living room after, so want this beam to stand out and look beautiful. I can pay for and supply the stain but must come with all other equipment including 120 grit sander. Would also appreciate the removal of the existing hooks and nails (about 4).

Installation of kaboodle kickboards into a kitchen

I would like some built in cabinetry removed from my living room. There are holes in the wall from a previous tv mount and I assume there will be further holes once the cabinets are removed. Looking for someone who can remove the cabinetry, take away the wood and repair the resulting holes. Thank you!

Simon Says Juice. Based in Darlinghurst Sydney. Stainless steel bench. Nothing too tricky. Require a 10 cm diameter hole to be cut through it. Any man with the correct drillbit and a spare 30 minutes you can get it done. Don’t all rush at once!

Kitchen cabinets to remove from our new office before floors gets in (15th Feb)

Build a basic work bench out of timber. All timber will be provided on site, just Byo tools. Roughly 2400x1200 with MDF top. Only needs four legs with stabilising

There is significant timber rot to a wall stud (possibly lintel as well) caused by long-term water ingress. Plaster has already been opened up and framing is exposed. Scope likely includes: - Remove and replace damaged timber - Check structural integrity - Reinstall plasterboard and trims - Make good ready for painting
