The wooden frames of my windows (in three rooms) have expanded and now won’t close easily. Need a carpenter to shave a couple of mil off the frame so they can close easily, and refit windows in place. Would need to bring a planer and do the job on site. Would like to convert existing garden bed into a seat with raised garden bed behind it. Plus the space next to it, to be built up to the same level, making an L shape. I’m trying to find a reliable regular handyman with decent skills on a casual basis for odd jobs and projects. First job is to panel a wall in the garage with wood panels to create a mudroom type entryway. It would require cutting panels to length, mounting to wall and finishing with skirting. Then mount various coat hooks and a shelf etc. So decent woodworking/handyman skills required. Negotiable rate per job or per hour. Rate I have quoted can be discussed. Following job is wood decking maintenance.

The chap who put up my EzyShed 6 months ago did, shall we say, a below average job. I need someone with a bit of expertise to come and re screw a corner, rehang the doors and dyna bolt the shed to the concrete. Just basically get it up to the standard it should have been from day one. Shouldnt be more than an hour or twos work.

IKEA wooden loft bed needs four posts cut in length to reduce height and then attach bed to wall for security.

I need timber bed heads sanded back to bare timber. Turned posts need hand sanding while majority flat sections can be machine sanded. The base board is 90% done. The head board hasn’t been started (see photos)
