I have a deck that I need cleaned then stained.

Carpenter or experienced handyman to finish off internal frames around 2 new windows. One window needs a flexi seal for small gaps. Both require approx 70 mm primed trim boxed in to hide the existing frame within the architrave frame. Windows are app 1.8m high by 800 wide. One window has a damaged trim beneath sill to be replaced with scotia. Fill any gaps with wood filler. Will reimburse for the trim.

I have a window frame on house that is water damaged and needs repair/replacement and the guttering/roofing above repaired to stop it happening again. Second story bedroom window. No water ingress, water damage is on outside. There is no guttering above but needs some kind of solution to stop overflow of water from roof at this point to stop the run onto the wall and window. A Deck with 2 steps and 2 planter boxes

You will need your own sander, oil/paint and materials. 4x4m wood deck. It's in good condition (as in no rotting), but needs a sand to remove some left over mould and then to oil. As we seem to have a few days of sunshine, I'd like this done ASAP. There is plenty of parking and I might be able to get you an undercover park too. There is a lift to the floor then one flight of internal stairs. An easy job but needed before Wed 15th April. Thanks
