Walk way exterior travertine in St Ives with extensive pinpoint orange/brown staining from the weed and feed containing iron sulfate blowing over the Travetine walkway and side alley.I suspect iron oxidation/mineral inclusions. I want the cause assessed and a small test patch with a travertine-safe iron/rust treatment before any whole-area treatment. Please don’t acid-wash or grind the whole area before establishing whether the staining can be chemically extracted.About 15 sq Mts to clean and 40sq mt to seal

Looking for a joinery installer / trade assistant to help with a project at Jarrah House, Little Bay, starting Monday. Work includes assembling and finishing a commercial kitchen, installing wall and ceiling panels, and fitting timber trims. Approximately 2 weeks of work, with potential for ongoing work on future projects. Must be reliable, have a good attitude and be comfortable working on a construction site. Joinery/install experience preferred.

Ordering of 2 Polyurethane panels to match existing colour, notched to suit bulkhead in the corner of the panels which will be approximately 850mm wide x 2235 high (Dimensions to be checked on site. Panels to be sourced by the Kitchen Subcontractor) fixed 600mm apart in order to instal back to back ikea Metod cabinets. the cabinets to be modified in depth to reduce the depths to 500mm (480 plus front door thickness) & 350mm (310 plus new solid back panel & front door thickness) respectively. Cabinets are to have a single door of gloss white finish. The unit is to be installed at the end of the existing bench/ overhead cupboard. I wii be purchasing the IKEA Cabinets for modification & installation. I need the subcontractor to price & be responsible to organise the supply & installation of the polyurethane side panels. Also some small infill to close the gap between the side panel that sits beside the kitchen bench. There is also a small approx 25mm gap between the Joinery unit & the ceiling. The additional detail photos should the infills required. 1 At skirting (reuse skirting which can be salvaged. 2.Small gap created& against the side fixed panel between bench stone top edge overhang 3. Small gap between side panel & side of overhead cupboard. 4. Small gap at ceiling & overhead cupboard.

The van sustained damage on a recent holiday and I need help repairing it. A wood panel below the murphy bed has come out of alignment and is preventing the bed from folding down. I need someone with carpentry skills to help re-align the tongue and groove panel, and repair or sand back the damage to the wood above.

Remove 3 internal door handles and latches and replace with new. If needed fill gaps left if new parts don’t precisely match existing holes. Doors are being painted this Saturday.

Hi there, I need a local handyman to carefully remove one single piece of timber skirting board located inside my kitchen's refrigerator alcove. This is a rental property, so it is critical that the board is removed cleanly in one piece without cracking the wood or damaging the adjacent mitered corner joint and drywall, as I will need to reinstate it when I move out. What needs to be done: Score the painted edges/mitered corner joint to break the paint bond. Carefully pry the single skirting board panel off the wall inside the alcove. Pull or flatten any remaining brad nails on the wall so the surface is smooth. Leave the removed timber piece intact for me to store. Tools required: Please bring your own utility knife, pry bar/trim puller and drywall protection materials. Located in Maroubra. Flexible with time, but looking to get this sorted as soon as possible. I have a 60mm diameter hole in a cabinet door (20mm thick) that I want to fill. I have a piece of particle board but I don’t have hole saw or jig saw to cut the piece to plug the hole.

I have some shelves that are falling apart under my stairs. I’d like new ones installed that are also deeper. They just need to be functional. There’s a small hot water service they will be built above and also need to keep room for the electricity fuse box.
