Apprentice Carpenter required for home renovations. you are a 2nd or 3rd year apprentice keen to learn the trade by master carpenter. Job site is at Bankstown NSW. 5 to 6 days a week, 8 hours/day from 9am to 5.30pm award wage is offered to eligible successful persons

Scope of Work We require a Licensed Carpenter to perform structural modifications and internal framing for a Master Ensuite (2500mm x times 1465mm) and an adjacent Walk-In Robe (WIR). The goal is a zero-transition (curbless) shower. Part 1: Floor Modification (The 80mm Drop) • Joist Sistering: Install new 140x45 H3 LVL joists alongside existing members to achieve a precise 80mm structural drop below the main house floor level. • Fixing: All sistered members must be glued (structural adhesive) and mechanically fixed with M12 coach bolts in a staggered pattern. • Trimming: Frame out the shower perimeter and floor waste pockets. Leave the floor open (no sheeting) for the plumber. Part 2: Wall Framing (The Skeleton) • Wall Construction: Build internal partition walls for the Ensuite and WIR using 90mm MGP10 Pine at 450mm centers. • Plumb & Square: Walls must be laser-checked to be 90^\circ square to the floor recess and perfectly plumb. • Noggins: Install double noggins at 900mm and 1200mm for wall-hung vanity and towel rail mounting. • Box-out: Frame a recessed cavity for a shaving/mirror cabinet. Part 3: Final Sheeting (Post-Plumber) • After the plumber roughs-in the waste through the open joists, return to install 19mm Scyon Secura (CFC) flooring. • The top of the CFC must finish exactly 61mm below the hallway floor level. Requirements • License: Must provide a valid NSW Carpenter’s License. • Precision: High-end finish required for a flush tile-to-timber transition. • Materials: Owner-Builder to supply LVLs, Bolts, MGP10 Pine, and Scyon Secura.

Looking for someone to re-stain our sauna & spa (and chairs). It’s a slower job with all the corners, glass etc. paying good money so the job is done properly.

My wooden figurine (70cm) fell on the floor and her legs snapped off. I need some skilled individual to glue them back on and to attempt to restore this area as some tiny pieces of wood surely are missing. It is not an antique item and some imperfections are expected.

I have new driveway stainless gutter partiakly installed - its bottom embedded in concrete. It is 4.5m long and 250mm wide. It consists if 5 joints and 5 grills on top. The edges of them do mot quute match to eash other. I want the edjes bent bit and welded together, so they look nice. We can put some patch on the outside to make it stronger. Also need to weld stainless bolts/handles on the sides to be embedded in concrete, so the edges stick to concrete and do not push on the grills. II gave my estimate based on 3h job. I will pay more if we need more time. On the other hand, if you finish earlier I have other similar tasks to weld to use my 3h. I will be helping you. We can discuss details over the phone. This is a frontyard job, so it has to look nice. I expect you having over 2 years experience doing stainless weldings, and a proper welder and other welding tools. The quote should include your consumables like gas and stainless wire. I have 10A power points nearby.

We just moved in and the top of our fridge is hitting the bottom of cabinet doors. We managed to get the doors off but need someone to come and attach slightly higher so they don’t hit the fridge. There’s enough room at the top to lift them the amount we need. One of the hinges is very close to the fuse box and we struggled to get our screwdriver in there. Looking to get fixed asap.

Install shelfs in hallway nook for shoes and 100kg snake enclosure.

I need a couple of handles put on a drawer and a cupboard door, and I need a cupboard door put back on as it broke off the hinges. I also have some sealing i want replaced around a sink (though the first two jobs are more pressing).

I would like some built in cabinetry removed from my living room. There are holes in the wall from a previous tv mount and I assume there will be further holes once the cabinets are removed. Looking for someone who can remove the cabinetry, take away the wood and repair the resulting holes. Thank you!
