Our back wooden stairs are rotting. In need of repairs / replacement. Open to suggestions and seperate quotes re: wooden or metal stringers. Ideally replace wooden slats on landing. Maybe some rotting handrails as well. You will see a missing tread in the photos. Stairwell currently blocked from use. Not urgent, flexible on when repair work get done.

You’ll need to bring your own tools, including suitable hole saw/drill bits for cabinetry. Looking for someone who can make the holes cleanly and in the right position without damaging the cabinetry. Hi - need some timber window frames and architrave cleaned and sanded ready for painting. Sanding does not need to be back to bare timber, just sanded enough to allow a smooth finish for the new paint. Window is 130cm x 285cm. Please send offers. Thanks
