I’ll handle the prep: I’m clearing out the plants and soil myself and will have it leveled off with gravel and a weed mat before you start, so the area will be clean and ready to go. Install a 1200 mm bathroom cabinet to tongue and groove wall

I have an above-fridge laminate cabinet, not fixed to the wall, that needs 80 mm removed from the height so the fridge fits underneath. I want it shortened from the top, including re-edging and door adjustment.

I have an antique wooden daybed (thick wood). I can't get it out of my house, out of my front door - it's too big. (the way I got it into the house in the first place is no longer an option). I need someone to come and dismantle it and/or chop it up and take it away the daybed frame. I doesn't matter if it's dismantled in a way where it can no longer be used as a daybed. So the job is two-fold: firstly, take it apart and get it out of the house through the front door (standard size); and secondly, dispose of the wood. The couch i approximately 2m long x 1m depth by 1m high. Please see the attached photos (obviously the mattress will be removed from the wooden frame). I am not sure what the wood is but the bed is quite heavy.
