Hi Taskers. I am looking for someone to assist me in creating foundations in my garden bed to be able to withstand the weight of a water feature weighing roughly 200 kg. The soil that is currently there would not support the weight so I am looking for a solution that would involve installing some thick fixed wooden posts, cut to size, or similar as a starting point, to support the weight. I am happy to take suggestions from someone more professional in that regard as to what the best method would be for the space. While concrete is also another consideration I would be looking for solutions that are not permanently fixed, and removable, If need be. The dimensions of the garden bed is 3000mm length, 800mm deep and 600mm wide. I have not dug to the bottom of the garden bed but assume there are aglines etc . I am also happy to go labourer to assist with removing soil. Let me know your thoughts. - Due date: Flexible

Fit new skirting boards supplied (3 x 2.4 metres lengths). 2 of the walls will take 2 x 2.4 metres with no cutting required and then using 3rd length for making up difference in wall length and also fitting 3 x smaller return edges.

Hi, I'm looking for someone to complete the following 2 task ideally on Friday 10th November (but may be flexible if required): Task 1: Dismantle and dispose of an existing wardrobe with sliding doors. See photos. It measures 3300mm (w) x 2400mm (h) x 670mm (d). Note there is no backing to the robe - the rear which can be seen in the photos is the wall of the apartment. Task 2: Install a 5x door IKEA PAX robe as per description below: 2500mm wide x 2360mm high, 580mm deep x 5 Door. Refer to Images noting install of shelves, drawers and handles. To securely fix to brick wall. Requires a cut-out to be made in the rear panel to access an existing outlet. I live in a rental property in Coogee that has a bright red cabinet installed in the bathroom. I suspect it is Ikea but am not 100% sure. The surface is reflective and I would like it covered with a plain white, matte removable adhesive that is okay in a wet area but can also be removed easily when we vacate the property. Task is to source materials and complete the job. I will pay for or order the materials required separately but I will need you to provide the links etc. Would prefer someone who has the required tools already, but have some basics available if required. These are picture of the storage room under our home. The floor is concrete and there are timber reinforcements on the sides we can see on the picture. On the floor in a corner there is some white material coming out, the pictures are zooming in this white material. Looks like a powder with some pieces in it. I don’t this this was there a year ago, I just discovered it when lifting some stuff which were on top of it. - Due date: Flexible

I have ordered a 2000mm X 580mm Ikea Pax fitted wardrobe. I need support in assembling and fitting it. In addition it will require a custom frame so that the wardrobes sit above the skirting board and flush against the wall (similar to the images below), and custom header/cap to take the top of the wardrobes from the Ikea height to the height of the ceiling. The aim is that the wardrobe appears fully fitted. Note when it comes to the assembly I will be on hand to support, I’m pretty handy just don’t have the tools or confidence for the timber work. - Due date: Flexible (Late September)

The stone benchtop is glued down to the cabinets, I need someone to help me unglue the pieces so they are separate, I do not know how to do this. There is no need to dispose of any of the benchtop or cabinets when finished. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 19 August 2023

These shelves have been built in to the plastered wall of my apartment, and I want them to be removed so that the space can be used for a better purpose! I have a tallboy. The four drawers for it are broken but the frame is good quality and I like the shape. I have the front panel of the drawers and some ikea timber which might work for the rest of the drawers. I also have 4 band new drawers which seem to match and fit but which would need runners attached to the side of the drawers? The unit is in Coogee but I have access to a friend’s garage with all the wood cutting tools if needed.
