I require a qualified draftsperson for the plans and CDC/DA of my attic space in Burwood. The property is being re-roofed and I would like the roof frame to be modified to maximise attic space. The price is flexible as are the timeframe/dates. The current internal peak height in the attic is 2.3 metres, therefore I'm presuming it may be difficult to have the space defined as a habitable area due to the 2/3 requirement, so I may unfortunately be resigned to having the area defined as a storage space. The total area of the attic will ideally be roughly 22m2 (5.5 x 4).

I am renovating my mothers house - about to get repainted. An existing (1 x board only plus top cover board) facia board is coming off. It is a bit rotten - I dont really care, as house will soon be sold and its no glam house! I need the existing facia board and top board rejoined to the joists. I will provide liquid nails. I also have an extension ladder if you dont have one. its approx 4 merters long. Job should take no longer than 30-40 mins as I dont want anything removed - I just want it refixed with as many nails as it will take and as much liquid nails (I supply) that you need for it to stay attached. - Due date: Flexible
