looking for someone to repair the PVC edge banding on my kitchen cabinet doors. The white edging has peeled/chipped on a few doors — minor damage, but needs fixing on about 6 doors Photos attached showing the damage. Approx quotes please  

We require the services of a Carpenter or joiner who can install the cabinets in the laundry. The cabinets are a full flatpack laundry set which includes a broom cupboard, wall and floor cupboards, a drying cupboard, a laundry chute, and a benchtop. The laundry has an existing sink that will need to be removed and replaced with a new one.

Cabinet above fridge: doors removed so fridge could sit in cavity. Cupboard doors needs to be a cm or two shorter. No other adjustments needed.

We have a fridge that is about 15mm too tall to fit under the kitchen cabinets where it needs to go. I need someone to adjust the cabinets cleanly so the fridge can fit. Happy to hear suggestions on the best approach and what a reasonable cost would be. If you happen to be able to plumb the fridge while here that would be amazing too.

I need a plywood panel cut to size to neatly cover the exposed section of floor shown in the photo. The existing white panel above the gap will be used for this. The surrounding timber flooring is not perfectly straight/square, so the panel needs to be carefully measured and cut to fit the actual shape of the opening with minimal gaps. There is also a cable coming up through the middle of the exposed area, so the panel will need a precisely positioned groove/channel or narrow cut-out to fit around the cable. Looking for someone experienced with accurate measuring and precision cutting/joinery who can achieve a clean, neat fit.

Hire carpenter to help me build the timber frame around existing patio as marked up on the pictures. Patio is 6mx3,5m. Inteding to build with H3 90x35, later on install cladding and outdoor blinds in the openings. For now only the frame. I can supply material, need only a labour and expertise for a day. We have a selection of general carpentry work required inside our home: 1. Skirting boards - we have two gaps either side of a fireplace that need to be filled. We have some offcuts that can hopefully be repurposed for this. 2. Skirting boards- we have a hole that has been cut out that needs filling, sanding so that it is ready for painting. 3. Floor boards - we have some loose floor boards that need screwing down before carpets are installed. 4. Door knobs - we have door knobs that need installing. Two doors have no cut outs so will need to rebate in the relevant components. Three doors have cut outs already.

Everything is already purchased and ready: * 2 × 400mm floor units * 1 × 200mm floor unit * 1 × 800mm wall unit All cabinets are fully assembled, levelled and ready to be fixed to the wall. I only need someone with the right drill to drill through the hard tiled wall and securely fix the units. The benchtop has already been cut to size and is ready to be fixed in place. I also need the sink and tap openings cut into the benchtop, then the benchtop and sink installed and secured. Sink, materials and silicone are all already purchased and ready.

The van sustained damage on a recent holiday and I need help repairing it. A wood panel below the murphy bed has come out of alignment and is preventing the bed from folding down. I need someone with carpentry skills to help re-align the tongue and groove panel, and repair or sand back the damage to the wood above.

Remove 3 internal door handles and latches and replace with new. If needed fill gaps left if new parts don’t precisely match existing holes. Doors are being painted this Saturday.

Hi there, I need a local handyman to carefully remove one single piece of timber skirting board located inside my kitchen's refrigerator alcove. This is a rental property, so it is critical that the board is removed cleanly in one piece without cracking the wood or damaging the adjacent mitered corner joint and drywall, as I will need to reinstate it when I move out. What needs to be done: Score the painted edges/mitered corner joint to break the paint bond. Carefully pry the single skirting board panel off the wall inside the alcove. Pull or flatten any remaining brad nails on the wall so the surface is smooth. Leave the removed timber piece intact for me to store. Tools required: Please bring your own utility knife, pry bar/trim puller and drywall protection materials. Located in Maroubra. Flexible with time, but looking to get this sorted as soon as possible.
