Sand back pine timber flooring and restain floor to colour indicated in sample photo. House is an old Victorian villa however floorboards are not original (likely mid 1900s). Imperfections / uneven points exist in aspects of the floor. Will require someone experienced doing this kind of work. Work only needs to be done in hallway, living, dining and kitchen (not bedrooms). Refer to floorplan. Note - walls between kitchen/living, and living/dining, have been removed. Need cabinet alongside fridge door trimmed down to make more space. Fridge fits and doors can open but not fully. Need someone this weekend (18th/19th). We have a large wooden wardrobe which we need to remove intact from wall in order to replace carpet in the room (currently sitting on top of old carpet). Wood strips on either side can be removed/replaced. May require 2 people We would like to ultimately keep this wardrobe, so a no damage removal is needed. It seems to be anchored to wall with some screws, but may require an onsite inspection first to work out next steps. Budget starting point- Please quote for cost to detach and move away from wall so the wall area can be cleaned/carpet removed. Needs to be done tomorrow (Wednesday) before painters come in.

I’m getting a new fridge delivered and it will be 20-30mm taller than the one I current have. I need the two panels above the fridge to be nearly cut by 20-30mm. The lower hinges will need to be moved up on the panel and the handles re-fixed. The rear internal carcass will also need to be cut out by 20-30mm to allow for the additional fridge height. Ideally late Monday afternoon would be best. Otherwise Tuesday.

I have a solid timber buffet cabinet that is approximately 5–10 mm too wide to fit into an alcove in my apartment. The cabinet body fits—the issue is the decorative timber moulding around the base. I’ve already started removing part of the moulding (see photos), but the timber is much harder than expected and I’d rather have someone with the right tools finish it cleanly. I’m looking for someone experienced with woodworking/cabinetry who can: * carefully trim/remove the required section of decorative moulding * keep the visible cabinet looking neat * test-fit the cabinet into the alcove * stop once it slides in cleanly The cabinet does not need to be rebuilt or repaired—only the moulding needs trimming. Please bring your own tools (oscillating multi-tool, planer, router, chisels, etc.—whatever you think is most appropriate). I’d love this completed today or tomorrow if possible. Photos attached.

Carport timber post is rotting and needs a repair. It is Load bearing and has colorBond sheet on its roof. The post is 211 cms tall and 10cms thick and the fascia board is 4.6 metres long and 4.7 cms thick and 25cm wide. Please accept the quote and we can discuss in person.
