Oven Gap: Trim my plywood cutout to size and screw it into internal brackets above the oven to create a clean front panel (leaving standard ventilation clearance above the oven). Notes: Oven is fully installed and working; no electrical work required. Please bring basic tools and materials to finish the tasks.

The shelf has started pulling away from the wall after supporting bottles of alcohol. It appears the adhesive or existing fixing has failed, and I don’t want it simply glued back into place. I’m looking for someone who can: * Inspect the existing installation. * Properly secure and reinforce the shelf using the most suitable method (e.g. concealed brackets, additional fixings, or another long-term solution). * Ensure the shelf is level and capable of safely supporting the weight of alcohol bottles and glassware. * Supply any required fixings/materials (please advise if there will be any additional material costs). I need a clean circular hole cut into the side of this steel cupboard. I cut a rough hole in it myself to feed the washine machine hose through, but I need a cleaner hole cut in before I move out. The laundry cupboard has one of those slim stainless-steel laundry troughs with a storage cabinet underneath, next to the washing machine. The washing machine will be moved out of the apartment on Friday 7 Aug so I'd like someone to come on Saturday 8 Aug.

One of the four soft-close hinges on a tall kitchen cabinet door has come away from the door. The hinge cup and screws have pulled out and the hole in the door edge is chipped/stripped, so it won't just screw back in. Looking for someone to repair the hole properly (dowel and glue, timber filler, or whatever you'd recommend) and refit the hinge so the door hangs and closes correctly. Door is currently hanging on the remaining three hinges. What's involved: Repair/re-anchor the stripped 35mm hinge cup hole in the door Refit the existing hinge (Blum-style clip-on soft close — I still have it and the screws) Realign the door so it sits flush with the others and closes cleanly Quick check of the other three hinges on this door while you're here Please bring your own tools and any filler/dowel/glue needed. I have the hinge and screws. Cabinetry experience preferred — I'd rather it's done once and done properly than a quick fix that pulls out again. Photos attached.

The roof of my house and garage is connected and open. I think I need a wall framed and clad to separate the spaces from the top of the bricks to the roof. I'm not sure if it's a building requirement, but I think it would be a good idea to prevent pests and dust getting in freely - happy to discuss the project and options though.
