Find experienced local carpenters in Capel Sound

Looking for a skilled finish carpenter or joiner to convert/replace an existing 820 mm active internal master bedroom door into a 2-leaf folding unit (leaving the secondary double door unchanged). The goal is to fold the leaf back to half-width for better clearance to the bed and ensuite. I have two options and would like pricing for either/both: Option 1 (New Panels): Fit two new matching Hume Hayman/Oakfield leaves (~416 mm wide, nominal 'A' dimension matching Hume Hayman specs). Rout/mortise 3 × Ceam BAC 3D concealed hinges along the centre seam. Embed 3 pairs of neodymium cup magnets on mating edges of centre. Install 1 surface bolt (bedroom side) to lock panels rigid in standard 820 mm door mode. Mortise new privacy latch/handle assembly into the leading leaf. Can be machined in my open double garage in Capel Sound or pre-machined at your workshop. Option 2 (Modify Existing Door): Take down the existing 820 mm hollow door, rip cleanly in half down the center line. Clear core and glue/clamp solid timber stiles into the cut voids. Install 3 × Ceam concealed hinges, 3 magnet pairs, and the top surface lock bolt. Swap current handle to a new privacy mortise lockset. Both options include: Hanging the door, aligning the 3D hinges, and ensuring a clean margin/meeting closure with the fixed adjacent double door. Both options can be done in my garage or your workshop aside from hanging. All hardware (Ceam hinges, magnets, surface bolt, privacy lockset) and new doors (if Option 1) supplied by me.

Install Joinery for 2 x kitchens and laundries

To stain/gloss a wooden fence and gate front and back. We have the gloss required and will have cleaned it to the best of our ability.

Need 1 x kmart wooden laundry cabinet, 2 x Kmart shoe cabinet and 1 x 11 piece out door furniture set to be put together please.
