Understand that there will be an additional materials cost. Looking at Solar Ice colouring I need the existing roof removed and disposed of, replaced with a polycarbonate roofing (Suntuf?). Measurements are per the diagram. Pictures from the top and bottom are supplied. The current roof, while not that old, was not installed properly and leaks. Need this one to be properly sealed and finished. Please include all the materials you neeed including any strips or tape. One end buts against the house wall. The other end finishes over a gutter. Questions Answered - The current leaks are where the joins between the existing sheeting, There are no leaks where the sheeting joins the wall of the house. This is covered by a lead sheeting. The new roofing will need to go under the lead sheeting. - I'm after corrugated sheeting solar ice colouring - 3000 Series - Additional Photos added after questions. - Clearer view of roof butting against house. My initial thoughts were no, as the bulk of it is solid. But the kick-out bit near the tree is looking a bit worse for wear. In hind site - it should probably be repaired. Purchased a 3 x 5 metre manual louvre pergola with blinds from cosy deals and needing it put together. It will go on a deck but would prefer it to have concrete poured under to be drilled in to that. Prefer at least 2 people to smash it out in one day.

Please bring: Drill, ratchet set, Hand tools, Ladder, I dont know if bolts in concrete need sawn off, if you have grinder also would be useful. Work involves, undoing lots of Nuts/bolts each louvre, screws/Allen keys to undo fram connections. Its Aluminum frame, so careful not to thread. (Its happened before ). I can assist with my tools also and have a 1 x collapsable platform ladder. I would like your help to load into/onto my Van roof racks also. I'm 1 hr drive from location. Looking to purchase a particular pergola kit online but am seeking quotes to have somebody install it and fix it as a semi permanent structure to pavers before I make the purchase. The pergola itself is 3 x 3.6m and website says minimum of 2 people to install but is designed for DIY. Ideally would like someone to see the site as access can be difficult once kit would be delivered.

Painting woodwork under the pergola area. Corrugated roofing is due to be upgraded so painting the beams does not need to be accurate as paint on the roof does not matter at this stage.
