I need the contractor to: * Check the roof fall/pitch and identify any low points or sagging. * Confirm the installed sheets have sufficient fall for their profile. * Rectify the framing/fall so water drains correctly. * Assess the house-side low end and install a suitable drainage solution, such as a back/box gutter if required. * Install proper flashing/weatherproofing where the pergola meets the house/gable. * Ensure water drains to a suitable outlet/downpipe. * Seal and weatherproof all sheet ends, corners and junctions. * Water-test the roof after completion to confirm there is no ponding or leakage. I am looking for a proper permanent repair, not just additional silicone/sealant. The roofing sheets are already installed, so I would prefer to retain them where possible while correcting the underlying drainage, fall and flashing issues. Photos and videos are available.
