Small size 1.7m x 1.9m No bath (shower, vanity and tiles). 4 walls plus floor only. Ceiling not required. Tiles, shower, shower base, vanity, mirror, toilet all to be removed. Rubbish removal also needed from site

Install new brick walls which will accommodate and form the footing for a new panel fence. Also install 9x brick piers at 1800 (H)800mm (H) internal wall to be constructed and tied into brickpiers. The photos show the current status, I will demolish this wall and have ready for you to lay bricks. I will supply the clinker bricks but open to you using a trade discount.

My driveway has two spots where the pavers have sunk. Both around 75cm across. One of them is quite deep around an inch or two, the other is very gradual and not much of a problem. Would like a quote to fix just the bad one, or both. Would be looking for someone with experience in this job, making sure to have the tiles perfectly level with each other to prevent tripping hazards.

Need some advice on some house renovation work in the bedrooms and also need advice in removing the top part of a metal chimney from the roof and ceiling. Looking for 40 minutes of a registered professional builders time to talk through what I am thinking and get their advice on the best way to proceed. Builder will need to look in the internal roof space to check some bits. Easy access inside and I have a ladder. Happy for quotes if they also wanted to offer their services for bits of work.

Assemble a garden shed (that I've purchased from Bunnings) on a pre-existing concrete slab in our backyard, picture of location and shed type attached. Dimensions = 2.3 x 3.0 x 2.3m Front Gable Single Sliding Door Shed. Task instructions: 1) Review shed MODEL: 30302GK instructions on the Absco sheds website. 2) Bring a power drill for tightening screws, eye protection, hammer and philips head screw driver. (I will provide a 2 meter ladder) 3) Assemble shed, I work next door so can come and help hold bits at key moments if required. 4) Clean up shed package materials into our recycling bin (There is a place to safely park your vehicle and you are welcome to use the church toilets (next to our house) during the job.) We have guinea pigs in the back yard, so no dogs please, sorry.

This is a 2024 construction. I've been living here several months now. I did not do a pre-purchase report, but I'd like to do one now. This should be a comprehensive report, including the external areas, plumbing, the roof, roof plumbing and gutters, pest, outdoor concreting and structural. I'd prefer if you are a registered builder or have a master builder license.

Looking for someone to please drill brackets into pergola, then hang outdoor awning. This is a 3m wide awning. Awning is assembled, so just measuring, drilling and hanging required.
