Replace pergola polycarbonate roof & add flashing I need the old polycarbonate roof on my pergola removed and replaced with new tinted polycarbonate, including flashing at the house side. Approx. area: • Roof is about 10.75 m wide and existing sheets are 3.1 m long (lean-to off the house). • Existing sheets run up to the house gutter and overhang into the pergola gutter. Work required (single job): • Remove existing polycarbonate roof sheets. • Clean off old sealant from the gutter/fascia. • Take away and dispose of old sheets. • Supply and install tinted corrugated polycarbonate sheets to help reduce heat and glare and minimise condensation. • Supply and install back-channel/apron flashing at the house side so the sheets run up under the flashing (not into the gutter). • Use appropriate fixings, overlaps and foam infills to ensure a neat, weather-tight result. Timing: I’d like a short gap between removal and reinstallation so I can paint the beams/frame in between. Exact timing is flexible and can be coordinated with you.
