The render has bubbles (moistures) mainly on 2 pillars in front of the house and 6-7 small spots around the house ,all close to the ground . This is a SMALL repair job removing the damaged render apply the Dampco Clear , re-render and paint the affected spots.

I have a sliding security door that needs new mesh as current mesh has holes in it. If you also able to powder coat the door black and put it back in that would be good too. The door has been tsken out already and waiting to be fixed. It would be good to get the job done by end of Jan.
