The door on a garage has dropped slightly - so the keep for the bolt lock needs to be moved downwards slightly. Probably only a 20 minute job to secure.

It's a side garage door and the old hinges came away from the wooden support around the door. We'll need to get both hinges replaced and reasonably solid. Sorry I don't have a photo of how the old hinges are attached to the door!
