Urgently needing help to install a garage door motor today whilst awaiting police assistance to keep my children safe. Garage door motor purchased already. It’s a Chamberlain SectionalLift Plus Sectional Garage Door Opener from Bunnings for a double door. There is an existing old motor which I think I can remove myself if easier for someone to come in and install new one quickly.

Screws that go into the top of the door spine have become loose. The rail that also screws into the top of the architrave also need to be replaced with strong screws.

We have 2 cavities in a room. We want smaller cavity to be filled (GIB & stopped) and in other cavity a standard 2040 high door (2 panel/woodgrain finish door) to be installed and remaining cavity on top of the door to be GIB/stopped. The cavity is apprx 2350. Both cavities and door need to be painted. I have got the quote for the door - $105 from Hume doors (pick up from Mitre10 Robina). We are looking at replacing the corner windows of our vintage caravan. Currently the van has 4x round edge corner windows (see pictures 1+2), however we would like to replace these with sharp angle corners (see picture 3). We are getting the acrylic/glass cut separately and are only looking at getting the corner aluminum frame custom built.
