Merlin tilt master garage door was working perfectly. Now will only open 1cm then stuck. If pull the release lever, it can manually open and then will slowly automated close but won’t reopen again.

The door in the spare bedroom is not closing properly, and it needs to be realigned and put in properly, the painters did not do a good job with the door after they finished painting.
