Our garage door opener was originally installed by welding an angle bracket to a structural H beam. This area has rusted meaning the old weld is now flexing and not secure. A new bracket needs to be made, and the opener re-welded onto the H-beam. The alignment of the garage door opener needs to stay the same. Photo shows the existing rusty weld and the concrete roof above.

Require the current hinges on timber doors that are drilled into concrete to be removed and replaced with hinges that are adjustable (for door height). To be done for doors; therefore 8 hinges in total.

We have a variety of windows which we would like fly screen attached to. Some are circular tops. May be difficult, I'm no expert. There are around ten. Some windows may need a new mechanism attached to make it functional. Happy to pay for a good job.

I have three odd jobs around the house that need a handy person! First, I have a towel rail that has come off the wall in the bathroom. I likely need a new towel rail (I will source/supply the new rail if required, so please don't include any parts in your quote) unless the existing wall fitting/ towel rails can be repaired. Images below. Second, the front security screen door has a pneumatic soft closer that is broken or has come loose, but I've not been able to figure out how it goes back together. Again, needs to be assessed and repaired if possible, and if it can't be repaired source a replacement which I will pay for separately. Thirdly, I have an exterior task which is to remove a set of very old exterior blinds that we no longer use and are just hanging off the house. There are three of these. This job may require a ladder and a good power drill. Images supplied.
