Backyard roof gutter needs to be cleaned out. Single storey house. Will need your own ladder etc. Laundry door is locked and I have no key. Need handle and lock to be replaced with new keys (bunnings handle and lock should do). Kitchen cupboard door is sagging/loose. Need fixing. No pictures of door or gutter, sorry.
